Order are dispatched from our office in USA. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days, upon confirmation order, pending payment authorization and verification.

Domestic US Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail from 3-6 business days.

*Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, postal services and airfreight movements have been significantly disrupted worldwide. We are expecting deals for international shipment and how to seek you understating during this difficult time globally.

 Velowe not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

arrowINTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 


International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. 

DHL/Fedex typically takes 3-15 business days to arrive.

We currently ship internationally! We want you to be able to get Velowe wherever you are! Please note, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments. 

International shipping costs vary by shipping location.

 

arrowTAXES AND CUSTOM FEES


Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [Import Fees"].

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment form Velowe, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Velowe.

 

LOST PACKAGES 

Velowe is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Please, allow 1 day for tracking info to be updated.

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.  

Any taxes or customs fees as deemed by your country legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer, or it left unclaimed, full cost or redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.
