PROCESSING TIME
All orders are dispatched from our office in the USA.
Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation and payment authorization.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
ESTIMATED U.S. SHIPPING TIME
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.
Please note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Velowe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx and typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
International shipping rates vary by destination.
Please note that Velowe is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country upon delivery.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for all such fees. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping charges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Velowe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in locating your shipment when possible.
Packages marked as delivered to the correct address cannot be replaced or refunded.
