We hope you love your Velowe purchase. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

Please review the details below.

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Velowe reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed during site-wide sales, holiday promotions, or special discounts may be eligible for store credit or exchange only and may not qualify for refunds. Please refer to the specific promotion details or contact our customer support team for more information.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@velowe.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.

Velowe does not offer jewelry repairs and is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or misuse. Please review our Product Care section for guidance on caring for your jewelry.


THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Velowe is not responsible for items purchased from third-party retailers or websites. Please contact the original retailer for assistance with those orders.
